A thoughtfully provocative series that delves into the complex interplay of macro-societal ideals, conflicts of inherited beliefs, and the profound capacity for empathy which humans are capable of embodying. This series aims to explore the dynamic tension between contrasting values and viewpoints (dissonance), the impact of historical and generational influences (legacy), and the universal thread of human and environmental empathy (compassion) - as it is interpreted from human to human and species to species. This collection invites reflection within multifaceted nature of our experiences and the potential for understanding, unity, and diverse perspectives and backgrounds.

RESONATE BONDS OF SHARED EXISTANCE
Through my most recent work, I focus in on contemplative space where themes of collective responsibility, generational legacy, and the nuances of shared experiences converge. To provide a subtle nudge towards a dialogue that considers the multifaceted nature of our interactions with all residents of our planet: with each other and to the broader natural world.
At the heart of this exploration is an acknowledgment of the inherent dignity and the universal desire for respect, love, and peace that binds all inhabitants of our world, intertwining realms of moral relativism and speciesism, encouraging a thoughtful examination of our shared history and the often unseen consequences of our actions, acknowledging the complexity of societal dynamics, while also inviting viewers to question the construct of historical and generational patterns which have shaped our current reality of today. It's an opportunity to reflect on the subtleties of human and animal relationships and the legacy of these interactions through time.
As we navigate an era marked by shifting ethical perspectives, this series aims to resonate with the evolution of our collective journey toward understanding, empathy, and compassion. It’s an invitation to examine how the reverberations of choice and action inspire a shared perspective and on compassion and coexistence.

MORAL SYMPHONY
In a time rife with polarization and an abundance of excessive information, Moral Symphony emerges as a critical meditation on choice and morality. Drawing upon 'Tyranny of Choice' - the concept that the very freedom meant to liberate us can also ensnare us in regret and paralysis - uncertain of any action or decision at all. And 'Moral Relativism' - the concept that what we deem right and wrong is often a reflection of our cultural and historical standpoint.
Yet, as narratives are shaped and reshaped - evolving with incredible speed - at the mercy of the media, AI, and other evolving information tech, I am reminded of the acute relevance such themes hold - more than ever, right now, and today.
The concept of choice and morality push us to look past the noise and to recognize that individually, we are the ultimate architects of our actions, actions which ripples of violence and destruction breathe into our living world - yet remain blossoms of hope and humanity.
This work is equal parts a reflection of the beauty and terror we as humans are capable and culpable of - the weight of finality that our choices carry, and to acknowledge the impact they have on one another, our natural world, and with all living beings who reside within this world. A reminder that with every decision comes the power to hurt or heal, to think deeply, and to act with mindful intention in an era where practices of peace and kindness have become all too rare.
